We handle permissions from various governmental bodies, from the Ministry of Information to ZimParks, ensuring that your focus remains on the creative and artistic elements of your project.

With Tom Varley’s personal love for the falls and the surrounding landscapes, we offer comprehensive fixing services and support for filming this natural wonder. From acquiring necessary permits to identifying optimal vantage points, our team ensures not only a seamless filming experience but also a journey into the heart of one of the world’s most awe-inspiring natural phenomena.
Our services encompass pre-production research, on-ground guidance, and logistical support, ensuring your project not only succeeds but leaves a lasting impression. We are available for all your questions in the months or years leading up to production. Tom has an exceptional understanding of animal behaviour and is able to assist you build your story, answer your questions and let you know what is doable and what is not. We can tell you which month of the year you should film to get the specific behaviour you are looking for from the wildlife, what type of equipment might work best for that location and more.
We provide specialised filming vehicles adapted for wildlife filming, equipped with filming doors, open backs with shades, and bull bars for camera mounts. Our team can also source additional vehicles and equipment to meet your specific needs.
Once we understand the needs of your production, we can give you the best advice for the job. If there are adequate professionals in Zimbabwe, we will introduce them to you, and if they are not available, we will let you know that too. The success of your production is the most important objective for us. As Tom is a cameraman himself, he is familiar with the work of other cameramen in Zimbabwe and in the region. If Tom is not available or not suitable for the job, we will recommend others and do our best to source the relevant people for the production.
Drones are a grey area in Zimbabwe although there are rules and regulations and obtaining a permit is not easy. However, if a drone is required, our specialised team will jump the bureaucratic hoops and acquire the needed permits. Please note: It is easier to get the necessary permits for one of our in-country drone operators than for an external operator.
From choosing the correct accommodations for your needs to setting up fully-equipped campsites with tents, ablutions, and private chefs, we handle all the logistical aspects of your production, allowing you to focus on your creative endeavours.
